In our innovative Science Explorium students collaborate to confidently ask questions, challenge answers, and understand the world around them through immersive, hands-on learning.
The one-of-a-kind Mewbourne Science Explorium is a monolithic dome. The space is multi-purpose: it serves as a science experiential laboratory, an observatory and a planetarium. It contains six panoramic displays that enhance the immersive learning environment. Students enter the prep chamber to discuss learning objectives and outcomes, also serves as a space for reflection at the end.
