Financial Aid

At All Saints, we understand that your child’s education is one of the most valuable investments you’ll ever make. That’s why we are dedicated to making our exceptional educational experience accessible to families from all financial backgrounds.

We award financial aid to middle-income families, families with relatively high income who have multiple children, unique circumstances, and to those whose financial circumstances qualify them for an award that can cover up to 85% of tuition. Nearly 40% of families receive financial aid, making our top-tier education more affordable than you might think. We are committed to ensuring that every family has access to an exceptional education, regardless of financial circumstances.

We’ve partnered with a trusted third-party platform to streamline the application process, ensuring it is straightforward, stress-free, and completely confidential.

Frequently Asked Questions

List of 10 frequently asked questions.

  • Who is eligible for financial aid?

Many factors enter into the determination of tuition assistance awards, such as household income and expenses, assets and indebtedness, and the number of children attending tuition-charging schools and colleges. Because individual family financial circumstances differ, the calculation of need will be unique to each circumstance. Given the many variables that affect an award decision, it is impossible to accurately predict a family’s tuition assistance award based solely on family income, so we encourage any family who feels that the cost of tuition might be a barrier to applying to consider submitting an application.
  • What do I need to apply for financial aid?

We use a secure third-party platform, Clarity, that guides you through the process step-by-step. Clarity offers a streamlined, mobile friendly application that can be completed in as short a time as 20 minutes. Additionally, Clarity removes the need to upload your W2 and 1040 by transferring them directly from the IRS. This reduces the amount of information that you will need to enter manually and makes it possible to complete the application quickly and efficiently. We do asked that you upload a paystub for additional information.
  • How is financial aid determined?

Financial aid awards are determined based on your family’s financial need. Our third-party platform calculates the expected family contribution, and our financial aid committee uses this information to allocate funds in a fair and equitable manner.
  • Do I have to pay it back?

No, all financial aid awards are grant-based and you do not have to repay it.
  • When should I apply for financial aid?

We recommend starting your financial aid application as early as possible, ideally when you apply for admission. Deadlines are typically in the spring for the upcoming school year, but we encourage you to check our website or contact our admissions office for specific dates.
  • Will I need to apply every year?

Yes, you will need to submit an application each year in order to qualify for financial aid; however, Clarity retains your information from previous applications, so it will be even easier to reapply.
  • Will applying for financial aid affect my child’s admission chances?

No, applying for financial aid does not affect your child’s admission chances. We review admissions and financial aid applications separately to ensure that all students are considered based on their merits.
  • Once enrolled, will my award change every year?

Barring any significant changes in a family's financial situation, a family can anticipate receiving comparable financial awards for the duration of a child's enrollment.
  • What if our financial situation changes after we’ve been awarded aid?

If your financial circumstances change after you’ve been awarded aid, please contact our office as soon as possible. We understand that situations can evolve, and we are committed to working with families to adjust aid packages as needed.
  • What happens if I miss the deadline to apply?

Please contact the Director of Admissions if the deadline has passed.
