How is financial aid determined?

To determine need, All Saints uses the services of the School and Student Service (SSS) for Financial Aid in Princeton, New Jersey. This service uses information each family provides on a Parents’ Financial Statement (PFS) which asks for income, expenses, assets and liabilities. The PFS form is located online at http://www.sss.nais.org/parents. The family submits the completed online PFS form along with form 1040 and W-2s to the School and Student Service in Princeton. SSS computes this information and determines an estimated need. All Saint’s Tuition Assistance Committee uses this estimated need as a guideline in making awards.

How much financial aid may I expect to receive?

Each case is considered individually. Every family should expect to contribute something toward their child’s education.

Where do I get an application for the financial aid Program?

The application can be accessed online at http://www.sss.nais.org/parents. If you prefer a hard copy, please contact the Office of Admissions and one will be sent to you.

Is there a deadline to be considered for financial aid?

New Families
Families can apply for assistance beginning January 1. Applications are still being accepted for financial aid. Funds are limited so you are encouraged to apply early. Once funds are exhausted your child’s name will be placed on a waiting list should funds become available.

Returning Families
The priority deadline for returning families is February 1, 2013.

Is financial aid renewable each year?

A new application must be filed each year. Changes in your financial status may affect the size of your award.

Are there any restrictions for students on financial aid?

Financial aid recipients are expected to remain in good financial standing with the school.

When will I be notified if I have received financial aid?

Financial aid notifications for existing families will be mailed mid February.  New family notifications will begin early April.

What if our family has special circumstances?

There is an opportunity on the SSS applications to describe special situations. Also, please feel free to contact Crissy Huffman to discuss your family’s needs.
